next ride: HALLOWEEN ODDBALL ALLEYCAT
Join us on Wednesday, October 28 at 6:30pm for a fun and frightful scavenger hunt in Orlando! Meet at Aguila Coffee in Ivanhoe Village - the "race" is expected to begin officially around or after ~7:15pm. Costumes are expected but they SHOULD be bike safe! That means not having a ton of long loose fabric near your chain/wheels.
This isn’t a competition though, it’s a scavenger hunt! Middle place wins. In order to enter, bring a non-perishable food item (per person) and a team of 3-4 people/ghosts/ghouls to the registration table (you will see a big sign that reads “registration”). Have a team name ready!
We will hand out papers that have clues about each spooky location and you must take a photo of yourself/your team at that location. Before you leave, you will check in with a volunteer to make sure you have the correct locations before leaving on your adventure.
You choose your own route and pace! You should expect to ride 11-16 miles depending on the route you decide to take. After the final location, make your way back to Aguila for check-in. Make sure to have your photos ready to prove you made it to each location.
Remember to bring your charged lights + helmet, follow road rules, and be aware of your surroundings.
